Willingrow 7-Day Easy Return Policy 

At Willingrow, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a  7-day easy return policy to ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience. 

 


 

Eligibility for Returns 

You may request a return if the following conditions are met: 

  • The return request is made  within 7 days of receiving the product. 

     
  • The item is  unused, unworn, and in its original packaging . 

     
  • All original tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and brand packaging must be intact. 

     
  • The product must match the condition in which it was delivered. 

     

 


 

Non-Returnable Items 

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or shipping restrictions: 

  • Innerwear & and Food Items 

     
  • Cosmetics and personal care items 

     
  • Perishable goods 

     
  • Customized or personalized items 

     
  • Clearance or final-sale items 
     

 



Return Process 

  1. Submit a Return Request 
    Go to your Wilingrow account → Orders → Select item → Request Return. 

     
  2. Verification 
    Our team reviews the request and may ask for photos or proof of issue. 

     
  3. Pickup / Drop-Off 
    Once approved, the item will be picked up or you may drop it at a designated point (depending on location). 

     
  4. Quality Check 
    The returned product is inspected to confirm its condition. 

     
  5. Refund / Store Credit 

     
    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method. 

       
    • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued through bank transfer or Wilingrow Wallet. 

       
    • Refunds may take  3–7 working days after inspection. 

       

 


 

Return Reasons Accepted 

  • Wrong item delivered 

     
  • Damaged or defective product 

     
  • Size, color, or style mismatch 

     
  • Missing accessories 

     
  • Product not as described 

     

 


 

Exchange Policy 

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund: 

  • Exchanges are available for  size, color, or item replacement , subject to stock availability. 

     
  • If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued. 

     

 


 

Cancellation Policy 

  • Orders can be cancelled  before shipment from your order dashboard. 

     
  • Once shipped, cancellation turns into a return request after delivery. 

     

 


 

Important Notes 

  • Wilingrow reserves the right to approve or decline any return if the item fails quality checks. 

     
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repair are not eligible. 

     
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
